Creekside continues to take “assignment” from participating insurance carriers. “Assignment” means that we will file your claim for your treatment and collect benefits on your behalf. Claims are generally sent electronically, so we often have immediate feedback regarding coverage and balances owed. Any outstanding co-pay, deductible, overages, non-applicable treatments or difference in cost is due at the time of treatment and is the patient’s responsibility. We accept cash, Interac, Visa and Mastercard. Please ensure that your insurance information is up-to-date so that we can do this effectively. Due to the Policy Act, we generally do not have access to information about your contract with your insurance carrier and will not be aware of policy maximums, percentages covered, or other specifics of your plans.

Creekside Dental charges fees as recommended by the Manitoba Dental Association Fee guide, just as we did prior to our expansion and renovation. That means you get to enjoy all the new technology and atmosphere at our new office at no additional cost to you!

We understand that, sometimes, the unexpected happens! We ask that you contact us as soon as possible when you need to cancel so that we may accommodate other waiting patients. Appointments cancelled without 24-hour notice may incur a fee. These fees are not covered by insurance companies, and must be paid prior to rebooking.

We happily accept and process your insurance claims on your behalf. Thanks in large part to your business and referrals, our practice was growing too large for our previous space! Due to size constraints, wait times for treatment were increasing, and we needed more space to ensure everyone could be accommodated in a timely manner. In addition, we wanted to incorporate some of the exciting new technologies available in dentistry today- in short, it was time for an update!
